Refund and cancellation Policy

At Dar Alshaghaf, we value the commitment our students and clients make to their professional growth. Our cancellation policy is designed to manage our limited enrollment seats and expert scheduling fairly.

1. General Cancellation

Users may request to cancel their enrollment in any diploma or consulting project at any time. However, the timing of your request determines the financial outcome.

2. Cancellation Prior to Program Commencement

• If a cancellation request is submitted before the official start date of the project or before access to recorded materials is granted, a 10% administrative fee will be applied.

• The remaining balance will be returned to the client.

3. Cancellation After Commencement

• Once a project has officially started, or the user has accessed the digital learning platform, the enrollment is considered final.

• Cancellations made after the start date are not eligible for a return of funds, as the seat and resources have been fully allocated.
