Delivery Policy & Method

1.  All projects offered by Dar Alshaghaf  are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products. Content is delivered through:

• Live Online projects Conducted via professional platforms (e.g., Zoom or Microsoft Teams).

• Digital Materials: PDF guides, templates, and feasibility studies are sent electronically.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Live Diplomas: Access to the virtual meeting and schedule is sent at least 48 hours before the first meeting.

• Consulting Services: A scheduling link for your first session will be sent within 24 hours of booking.

 

 

3. Technical Requirements To receive and access our services, the user is responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a valid email address. Dar Alshaghaf is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email entries.
