Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and enrollment in our professional diplomas and consulting services. By accessing our platform or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Professional Services & Enrollment

  • Eligibility: By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and providing accurate information.

  • Service Scope: Our services include specialized jewelry appraisal, brand consultancy, and the diploma series. 

2. Payment & Installments

  • Fees: All fees are displayed in USD.

  • All fees to be paid in advance .

  • Payment Obligation: Choosing an installment plan is a commitment to pay the full tuition. Failure to pay the second installment will result in the suspension of  access and the withholding of certifications (IDC/JTR).

3. Intellectual Property 

  • Copyright: All  materials, including videos, PDF guides, brand strategies, and feasibility studies, are the exclusive intellectual property of Dar Alshaghaf.

  • Personal Use Only: Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable license. You may not record, copy, redistribute, or sell any part of our curriculum or consultancy methods. Legal action will be taken against any unauthorized use of our intellectual property.

4. Certifications

  • Certificates (from IDC or JTR) are only issued to students who:

    1. Complete the required hours .

    2. Pass the necessary assessments.

    3. Have a zero-balance account (all installments paid).

5. Limitation of Liability

  • While we provide expert guidance and economic feasibility studies, Dar Alshaghaf does not guarantee specific financial profits. Success in the jewelry industry depends on individual implementation and market conditions.

  • Our "Specialized Appraisal" is based on professional expertise and current market data at the time of the report.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • All cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the 10% administrative fee for pre-start cancellations and the "No Refund" rule once a program has commenced.

7. Code of Conduct

  • We maintain a professional environment. Any harassment toward instructors or other students, or any attempt to disrupt live meeting, will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.
